On joining the company, employees have a mandatory induction which includes quality and safety procedures, and such training is updated and renewed wherever relevant for the post.

Our staff training, aircraft maintenance and client contact approaches are all robustly designed to underpin our commitment to excellence at every level.
We have a 100% aircraft safety record since 2009 and a 100% working record, with no days lost in the same period.
We operate an internal Safety Procedure and have a dedicated quality and safety manager to ensure that these policies are applied, revised and adhered to across all our sites.
